Clinical Diagnosis: The patient treated was a 66 year-old male with a history of Hepatitis C and HIV, diagnosed with HCC.

Anatomy: 5.5 mm Right Hepatic Artery. A 3 cm incidental mass in right lobe was found on imaging surveillance.

Treatment Plan: The Surefire Infusion System LT was used to perform a radiation segmentectomy, treating both the right lobe mass and induce hypertrophy in the contralateral lobe. A double dose of SIR-Spheres® was administered with 100% of the dose delivered. The distal cystic artery was coiled and the GDA was not coiled. The Surefire LT was placed distal to the GDA. There were no adverse reactions.
