Clinical Diagnosis
A 56 year-old female with a large multi-lobulated fat-density mass with multiple large central vessels arising from the upper pole of the right kidney measuring approximately 10cm diameter.

Anatomy
The tumor was a 10 cm angiomyolipoma in the upper pole of the right kidney. Three main feeding arteries were identified on the 3-dimensional MIP reformatted images from DynaCT.

Treatment Plan
With the aid of the Surefire Infusion ST System, two of the three feeding arteries were superselectively catheterized and embolized with a total of 3mL Embosphere® 300-500u diameter to stasis, eliminating approximately 90% of the tumoral flow and completely preserving the remaining renal vasculature.
